We've foun...</title><content type='html'>Agree that this is an excellent post. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We&amp;#39;ve found in our pilot launches (Fortune 500 company) that encouraging teams and departments to &amp;#39;make the wiki a place to do work&amp;#39; - which is I think a simplistic summary of much of what you are saying here - has made those who followed that advice successful in our early going.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We&amp;#39;re still on our first year, but will soon be opening up an all-employee wiki.
